D210 Series High Pressure High Temperature Package Dyeing Machine
Main features:
1. Adapting newly self-designed mixed-flow pump with high performances, high efficiency and low energy consumption, it solved the low lifting problem of the traditional pump.
2. The main pump is controlled by the inverter, it can adjust the flowing according to different kind of package, thus to achieve prefect dyeing effect and save the power consumption when starting and de-loading.
3. Unique designed high efficiency heat exchanger can save energy.
4. Low liquor 1: 6~1: 10, it can save chemicals, steam and water thus decreasing the drainage.
5. Tail end-mounted feeding system ensuring uniform feeding.
6. Rapid rinsing system proving continuous cleaning.
7. Full automatic controlled dyeing process including feeding, water inletting, draining, temperature rising, decreasing and keeping, and the rising etc. It capable to connecting the center control.
Standard structure:
- All metal parts of the dyeing machine coming into contact with the dye liquor are made of high quality anti-corrosion stainless steel.
- High efficiency mixed-flow pump.
- High efficiency build-in heat exchanger.
- Vertical dyeing tank, lid opening mechanism with cylinder or counterweight switch mechanism, and safety interlocking mechanism.
- Open type dosing system with auxiliary dosing apparatus and balancing (back flow) system.
- Main tank pressure increasing system. (air pad type)
- Circulating type liquor condensator. (full flood type)
- High accurate water sensor to control the liquor level. ( air pad type)
- Equipped with advanced micro-processor electrical control cabinet.
Options:
- Auxiliary vessel with equal capacity for direct heating device, which is composed of feed pump and mixing system.
- Various kinds of yarn carrier for loose fibre, hank, zipper, and yarn beam etc.
- Hot drain.
- Progressive dosing system.
- Secondary water feeding and draining.
- De-loading cones and their accessories.
- Accessories for dyeing, such as cone, intermediate gasket and self falling tapered head etc.
- Ejector pin type and hanging rod type package unloading device. (only for models above D210-160 serious)
Technical Parameters:
1. Max. Working pressure: 0.44Mpa.
2. Max. Working temperature: 140 C
3. Heating rate: 20~130 C about 30 minutes (Saturated steam pressure 0.7Mpa)
4. Cooling rate: 130~80 C about 20 minutes (cooling water pressure 0.3Mpa)
5. Standard spindle dia. Is Φ48mm, the Φ29mm triangle spindle is only for 6 layers package or below.
6. Standard package size isΦ165mm× H160mm, the max. Capacity is calculated according to that every package is 1 kg.
