Features
(1)Using electronic digital control system, drive motors are completely piloted by frequency inverter. Color touch-screen operation interface allows easier setting and displaying of process parameters with high repeatability. Electronic control system has super memory volume for saving process parameters.
(2)Double sides design can save space. Modern outer design with harmonic color and machine construction for comfortable operation circumstance. Flexible and simple selection and combination of number of independent sections can compose a rewinder with different positions. Four positions on each side can be turned on/off and commissioned independently. The machine design results in flexible assembling and easy maintenance.
(3)Accurate winding mechanism of biconical package with an advanced anti-patterning device and a taper device ensures excellent package form, stable yarn tension and optimized unwinding characteristics.
