Product Description
As a key part of covering machine, the series covering spindles is used for wind the chemical fibers as true silk, polyester lilament, cotton and wool fibers on the spandex core(single color or double colors). Then the covering yarn will have both the elasticity of spandex and appearance and handle of outpacking yarn, so it can be used as the perfect yaw material for stretch woven fabric and knit.
The spindle is supported by two imported special bearings and upper and lower rubber damps, which can reduce shock absorbing and noise reduction. The high-speed covering spindle has a reasonable struture, which is provided with a special air loop inside its inner chambe loow for air cooling of the bearing. Upper and lower coupler can fix the yarn guide cylinder in radial and axial direction which is easy to be operated.
The different type runing different speed, we offer from 15000 rpm to 22000rpm with different bearing and technology.
